For the past 10 years, we have developed an intensive 3 step interview process that each of our artists are taken through prior to being offered employment with our brand. Our interviewing and hiring process is designed to empower each of our hand selected artists to challenge themselves to be the best that they can be, and is the corner stone of the education that we provide each of our employees.
The investment we make in our team with each member being a W2 employee means that we have the utmost control over the tools that our artists are provided with, the education that we invest in them, and the accountability and standards of quality that we hold them to.
Our artists are set up with individualized education roadmaps on the first day of their onboarding with our brand and have clear milestones that they are held to to advance through our team ranks to a lead position. Our individualized plans along with these milestones are designed to round out each and every corner of their skill sets so that they are able to create and execute any style or look that lands in their chair - making you as the client feel your most beautiful in the moments that matter.
This focus on education and execution, with master class level one on one training taking place every 6 weeks along with the vast amount of coaching and communication that they receive on a daily basis assures that each of our artists create not only looks but an experience while in the chair that live up to our elevated standards at All Dolled Up.
